A golf cart is included, making it easy to cruise through Ocean Lakes, head to the beach, or explore the neighborhood’s many amenities. N40 offers a comfortable, welcoming setting where simple beach days turn into meaningful memories.

Yes! Please note, the driver of the golf cart must be 25 + to operate.

Initial paper goods like paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags are provided upon your arrival, but you will need to provide those items for the remainder of your stay!

Yes! Pets are allowed (up to 2 maximum) with owner approval. We love all pets but for our rentals, they must be 25 pounds and under.

Door code, WiFi, and all arrival instructions are text to you the day of arrival as soon as home is ready for you.
We always hope to get our guests in early and don’t mind to, as long as the house is prepared. Once house is prepared, you will receive door code and be able to arrive!
